All approvals, rejections, disbursements, and credit decisions are made exclusively by third-party financial institutions based on their independent internal policies, risk assessment criteria, documentation verification processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
In consideration of the professional services provided by Kistwala.com, including but not limited to application review, preliminary eligibility assessment, consultation, document coordination, form filling assistance, submission handling, and communication support with partner institutions, the company may charge a one-time service fee. This service fee is charged solely for the purpose of providing consultation and processing assistance. It is not a fee charged for loan approval, credit card issuance, or guaranteed financial product sanction.
The one-time service charge paid to Kistwala.com is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
